I grew up here in central Wisconsin. I am married and we have two children, a pup and a couple of cats. I am also blessed with a close extended family our parents, my sisters, brothers-in-laws, nieces and a couple of nephews. 

Education

University of Wisconsin Eau Claire graduate, MSN and BSN completion program. I originally started my nursing career as my second career through Mid-State Technical college earning my Associate degree in nursing. I decided to return to college to pursue my bachelor's degree. I returned to college part-time, while married, with two children under ten years old and working full time. I continued the work, school & family balancing act throughout my education though I did cut back on clinical practice during the master's degree program. :) Ultimately, I completed my master's degree in the science of nursing with a focus on nursing education through UWEC.
