Resources and services for students
Explore campus resources
Our office is a part of the Division of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). In this and other units on campus, there are many useful resources and services for students. UW-Eau Claire's EDI offices and the others listed below focus on making and sustaining an accessible, inclusive, and anti-racist campus climate.
Blugold Central
Blugold Central is your one-stop-shop as a student here at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Their goal is to make your experience registering for classes, understanding financial aid and paying bills much easier to understand. The office is packed with staff to assist you in a personalized manner on virtually all the questions you may have about being a student at UWEC.
Center for Awareness of Sexual Assault (CASA)
CASA is a sexual assault support service that maintains a victim-centered approach. They provide a safe place for people to come and talk about any issues that they may have surrounding their sexual assault or those of someone close to them. Even if you are not sure about a sexual experience and are now feeling uncomfortable with what happened, CASA would be glad to talk with you. CASA website.
Counseling Services
Counseling Services is a place on campus where you can find someone to talk to when you're feeling hopeless, lonely, depressed, confused, upset over a relationship, or just plain stressed. Learn more about counseling at UWEC.
Dean of Students
The Dean of Students Office provides an array of services and programs to support UW-Eau Claire students by promoting a supportive and socially responsible campus community, advocating for the needs of all students, encouraging student leadership and accountability, and providing crisis services and conflict resolution.
Gender and Sexuality Resource Center
The Gender & Sexuality Resource Center is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive campus for all students, while advocating for and celebrating those identities that have historically been and continue to be marginalized.
UW-Eau Claire is ranked #3 in College Choice rankings for the 50 Best Colleges for LGBTQ Students and this office plays a large part in this. Visit the GSRC website.
Services for Students with Disabilities
