Event Parking

Hosting an event?

To minimize the risk of COVID-19 to our community, all visitors to the UWEC must comply with the UWEC Visitor Policy as outlined below.

A campus visitor is defined as anyone that is not a current UW-Eau Claire or UW-Eau Claire-Barron County faculty, staff or student.

Campus Event Parking

UWEC faculty and staff can request parking for a campus event by using the Parking and Transportation eForm. Start new form and then select Parking Transportation from department drop down menu.

eForms must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance and approval is subject to parking availability.

A parking staff member will work with the event organizer directly, regarding parking details, availability and cost.
