Getting to and From Campus

For visitors, students and faculty/staff alike, parking can cause confusion on a college campus. At UWEC, we want everyone to be informed about what our parking system looks like and never be left wondering, can I park here?

Updates for Parking

Permit sales have begun. Please check the permit section for updated information. R permits for upper campus are SOLD OUT- WAITLIST ONLY.  Please see other student resident lots for their availability.  Activity, Bollinger, and UWEC C lot still have permits available to purchase.  (08.08.24 2:36pm)

Enforcement hours as follow:   

  • May 16 - Sept 3: UWEC parking permits are not required in upper campus parking lots with ‘R’ designated parking stalls, the Bollinger lot with ‘B’ designated parking stalls, and the Activity lot with ‘A’ designated parking stalls. 
  • All other parking regulations, including lower campus Visitor Lot A and Visitor Lot B will be enforced over Summer 2024.

Parking Permit

A parking permit is required to park on campus except in metered stalls. This means that all faculty, staff, and students that wish to park on campus during enforcement hours must have a valid University parking permit or pay at a parking meter.
