Electron microscope facilities
These facilities are a research and learning hub for four departments across the sciences. This extensive electron microscopy suite is spread throughout seven different rooms. It features three electron microscopes: two scanning (Hitachi KEVEX EDX) and one transmission (JEOL 2010). The capabilities of these microscopes allow us to see atoms and do elemental analysis with x-ray spectrometry. There is no charge for students and faculty to use this equipment.
