The Academic Skills Center, located in Centennial Hall, offers Blugolds a variety of free peer-led academic support programs (such as Peer Tutoring, Peer Academic Coaching, and Supplemental Instruction) and credit-bearing courses aimed to enhance the learning experience for Blugolds and promote academic success.

All UWEC students can access free, weekly, one-on-one tutoring in many 100- and 200-level classes.

Available to all UWEC students, these free hour-long meetings allow students to work with a trained peer to improve a variety of academic skills, including time management, study skills, note-taking strategies, reading comprehension, and more.
